Ultimately, I choose to rent my home. Never having rented a house before I felt intimidated about the process. Mike took the time to explain each step of the process and actually worked with me step by step until the tenants moved into my home. Mike was always accessible and ready to answer my questions. I have used Mike multiple times to re-rent my house when tenants left and it has always been a great experience.
