Mike is an excellent and knowledgeable realtor. From the start he made us feel like we truly had someone in our corner, which was huge for us as first time home buyers. He gave us all the info, answered every question thoroughly, and was with us every step of the way. Most importantly, he is extremely honest and not just trying to close a deal/make a sale. He genuinely wants his clients the best deal even if that means waiting for the right house to come along instead of rushing into it. His wealth of knowledge of the area and connections made the process streamlined and efficient. We had no delay in our estimated closing date! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to rent or sell my home, so we listed the house for both. He took the time to step me through the process of how to do this dual listing. I received multiple offers to purchase the home, and feel that is due to his diligence and market research to competitively help me set the listing price of the home. Ultimately, I choose to rent my home. Never having rented a house before I felt intimidated about the process. Mike took the time to explain each step of the process and actually worked with me step by step until the tenants moved into my home. Mike was always accessible and ready to answer my questions. I have used Mike multiple times to re-rent my house when tenants left and it has always been a great experience. It is obvious that real estate is a passion for Mike and is exemplified in his abundant knowledge of real estate processes as well as local market knowledge.
